1 p.m.,maudlin street
"every day is like sunday
every day is silent and gray"
feeling the dark side of autumnal...dread for the dark days of winter ahead, both literal and figurative...grey into black...
that loneliness (i need you/ventura highway ['cause a free wind is blowin' through your hair']/lonely people by america...)
ah,well,it happens.
i wish someone hadn't stolen my 'strangeways here we come' cd when i brought it into work one day. i like to listen to morrissey because he makes me giggle at my despair...
'and if a doubledecker bus crashes into us,to die by your side,oh what a heavenly way to go'
okay, now i'm being melodramatic. i'm very good at that.
giggle.
sigh.
