Buy some used luggage from Goodwill. Fill the bags with toys, candy, flowers, animal bones and found photos. Abandon luggage in airport carousels or bus stations. Imagine the people who will find it.

Heh; that's what I was thinking. They'd evacuate the station and send in the bomb-sniffing dogs.

Unattended luggage is not always innocent anymore, alas. (Though I guess it hasn't really been since the Trojan Horse incident.) ;)
