shiny!
just finished writing a page in a paper journal. i haven't written in a paper journal for ages. during most of my college days,1976-1980,i pretty much journaled every day.
i decided to do that because there are things i want to write about that i don't even feel comfortable writing in a private entry. because,you know,online stuff is not really that secure.
i like to write about thoughts of the heart and i like to keep most of that private. there are no big amazing secrets,but in my heart i really have an amazing love life! it's hard to explain...but maybe some people know what i mean.once in a while i write about these things to close friends...mostly writing,because two of my closest friends don't live nearby.
anyway,it felt good to write down those thoughts.
today i bought serge kalili king's urban shaman. i'm not really into a lot of shamanism,because i think that would be dabbling with stuff that has energy i don't know enough about to be messing with. but this book is about hawaiian shamanism,and from the stuff i've read on huna.org
it's very down to earth.
well,anyway,tonight i've written with pen and paper and i don't know if there's any connection,but i feel ALIVE. and that's a good thing. may it continue. i see light!
