I'll share the two or three recipies I use all the time! Lots of times I'll fix these and freeze meal size packages, which is a minor pain at the time, but really good later.
Pasta with Red sauce - posted this a while ago. Baked vegetables - really fast and easy. Potatoes and Peas curried, which seems complicated but isn't.
There's a Tribe.net tribe called "Healthy Food for Lazy People (http://healthylazy.tribe.net/)".
Personally, I recommend slowcooking beans and chickpeas overnight in the oven. You can then use the result in stir fries, hummus-like spreads, salads, etc, and it's cheaper than canned.
I've been looking for a "cook cheaply and healthily for a vegetarian who doesn't have the energy to cook and is only cooking for one" cookbook for a long time.
i dont know any book besides "To be on familar with cooking" but i still haven't wrote it...i discovered with 32 years that i love cooking....i imagine that you have a high testosteron level which leads you to despise cooking...
nah,it's not a high level of testosterone that makes me hate cooking, because that would also give me a high sex drive, and my interest in sex is pretty low!
my interest in sex i don't know if it is pretty high or not... i have a lack of honest comparison-objects.....my last girlfriend once said that she thinks i could go to the monastery...but i think the reason for that has not been primarily my drive but stored experiences

salads are good for that.
pasta is ok too, if you don't mind carbs.
