i saved $25!

i got this truly bizarre bit of scamming spam in my mailbox.i do feel fortunate to be in this country,even with the warmongering government,though i have thought of going to canada.
this is just plain weird.

That's not spam, that's fraud. I'd call your local district attorney's office and ask where to forward it (complete with headers!) for investigation.

That look likes an immigration assistance service. That is a legal business in the US. Also, the lottery they are talking about is also for real. One of my friends once immigrated to the states that way!
