i have my thermostat set at 64 degrees and it keeps running anyway. that's how cold my apartment is,even though i live on the second floor and you would think the neighbors with the barking dog downstairs would heat the place sometimes but i'm not getting much heat from below...even last night when they must have been home.

it's only november and already i'm worried about the heating bill.

oh di.....i hate to think of you denying yourself the comfort of warmth out of fear. i have been there, believe me! it was a very shaky time in my life. if you ever get truly scared, let me know and if i can possibly find a way to help, i will. promise you'll let me know.

thank you for all your notes! i do know people care about me but there often isn't anything anyone can do,really.and i rant on lj partly to dilute the effect of the ranting i do besides to the people who care,including you.

oh,64 degrees won't kill me,it's just not pleasant. i wear a sweater,but i'm still chilly.i've been wearing two layers of clothing to bed at night,and i just added a blanket to my bed,though i never needed an extra one before.i can't figure out why it is so much colder than previous years and why i get so little heat from the apartment below me.oh,well.

tomorrow is going to be a little warmer,at least for one day.

...it's 4:52 and snowing here! Big wet flakes. Made my hair and parts of my sidewalk white. Uh-oh.

it didn't last here. i don't know about you. in fact,when i got out of work tonight it felt warmer than it's felt during daylight the last few days,so a little respite tomorrow,temperature-wise. phew.
