(no subject)

why does the inside of my car reek of gasoline? granted,i just went to the gas station, but i can't remember that happening before. stuff like this really stresses me,and i'm kinda stressed today anyway.

i had to get up early to do my chores because i have to drive into work on my 'day off' for a two-hour meeting, which actually takes four hours out of my day, what with the commute (it's tonight at 7,so it will be a dark, cold drive...i hate going out after dark in winter once i'm home and usually avoid it unless there's something worthwhile to venture out for,and there rarely is!)

they are not even giving us overtime for it. i have to take two hours off my regular hours this week. so i lose four hours of time today, and only get back two,and i make the same amount of money. yeah,i love it.

i'm stressed, and i want to eat,and i'm already getting to be uncomfortable in my clothes. i may start taking my wellbutrin tomorrow. if it works, and makes me feel better,i may be able to resist my emotional eating somewhat, and lose this fat belly. it's almost worth it just to hope to lose these extra lbs. gaining weight and not having comfortable clothes certainly just adds to my depression! but i have no guarantee it will do more than make me slightly less depressed, which will probably not help keep me from self-medicating with food.

i want to eat now. can i wait another hour until suppertime? i dont feel good...i want food now.

that sucks!

...I'm sorry you have to go into work tonight- it's not fair they don't give you OT for it since you are going in on SUNDAY, your DAY OFF. Ugh. I thought Sundays were ALWAYS time-and-a-half days. Not for B&N 'eh?

Last week I got no OT because we had a paid holiday. No matter how many hours we work, if we are not physically present for the 8 hours we get paid for, we only get OT once we hit 48 hours. Which did not happen. We have been old we have to "watch" our OT because of one of my co-workers stays 6 extra hours EVERY week when she doesn't need to, which cuts into our OT budget. And I'M the one who's broke. When my supervisor told me we had to watch OT (except when we are working on a holiday flyer or when someone's on vaca) I told her I would have to look for a second job. Makes me hope I get the SF job so I can tell 'em to stick it! Wage slaves.
