so i guess this means if i keep meditating, i will become a meditator,even though i don't know what the hell i'm doing. good. still,it can't do any harm to take a peek at a copy of meditation for dummies...

just DO it! i'm kidding. of course you do have to sometimes get some basic instructions...so...go to 'update your journal' and it will bring you to a page where you can update right on the net. i don't know how to download a client to do it,though,as i'm on msntv and not a computer. (perhaps someone else could help with that if you want to do that.) but you can make a post either way.
