I never realized until a couple days ago that Mom's one month anniversary is the same day as Melissa's birthday. :( I certainly won't point that out to her. On this day 16 years ago Mom closed on the house and we moved...

BTW Rachel and I found mini pinwheels at a store 2 for a buck...we brought one to Mom's grave... told "Mom" it was from you... it looked nice spinning in the wind.

it is even more beautiful when you hear the tune.i will have to play it for you sometime,or maybe you can get it on the 'net. maired wrote it for her late husband frankie kennedy,and almost didn't put it on the album,but her band convinced her to.

no,i didn't mention the one month thing to melissa either. don't want to mar her day. you really moved here on the day melissa was born? wow.i wonder if mom got to see melissa that day...did you? would have been a hectic day,to say the least.

oh,i got mom a purple pinwheel,so why not,a field of pinwheels? thank you for leaving one for her from me! i'm sure she'll enjoy it. ha!
