susun weed on the difference between fear and anxiety

i've stumbled upon a journal entry with a reprint of an article by susun weed,in which,amongst other things,she talks about the difference between fear and anxiety.

she has a great book about menopause. i also like her general book...can't remember the title...but how she talks about 'wise woman healing'.she advocates doing the gentlest thing possible in health situations,but also says that there are times when extreme measures are right...we all have to decide for ourselves. her first advice is always 'do nothing',which is very taoist! i think her point is that the body is capable of healing itself and sometimes 'doing something' and trying to fix it from the thinking viewpoint makes things worse.

one thing i don't like about her is she seems to leave out the male half of the species,or at least masculine traits and half of our being,(though of course i may be misinterpreting her) but she has so much to offer i can overlook that!
