phew!
what do people feel they are proving by driving fast when it's snowing or freezing rain and the roads are slippery and crappy?
trying to make up for some insecurity or what? and furthermore,under said conditions,what is the need to tailgate me on a four lane road when i am in the right hand lane just so the assholes can go around me?
commuting was fun today. heh. one of my bosses said to me 'wow. i'm really surprised you're even here'. well,yes,i have been known to call in to work when the roads are pretty much ice. but today it was plain snow on the way in...slippery but doable. and warmed up to some rain on the way home,though still somewhat slippery. i missed the ice in the middle of my day. fortunately,the weather forecast was pretty accurate,since i was counting on it! boy,am i glad to be home with seablue and i in one piece.
now i am going to eat massive amounts of chocolate to calm myself down.
