do you think if i stop complaining my life will improve?
maybe i am constantly cursing myself.
i'm beginning to wonder!

You could try to think of positive things in your life whenever tempted to complain bitterly about it. This type of pairing could help you have a better outlook, in general. But really, it's all up to you. :)

Sometimes I think there's truth to this. Focusing on the negative really can be self-perpetuating at times, I think. I'm thinking of pain for myself, but sometimes you can't ignore the pain no matter how hard you try. And blind optimism can be just as dangerous. I try to keep somewhere closer to the optimistic, but i know how darn hard it is to keep a smile on your face when it feels like everything is crumbling inside.

It's all about what you do with it. Do you complain just to hear yourself talk, do you complain and then feel free to release the negative energy, or do you use as a means to correct a problem. Also, you must think if your own personal method of dealing is working for you. If it isn't, then perhaps a change is in order.
