rainy day #44
it rained today.
*snerk*
funny,i don't remember moving to seattle. which maybe i should consider,since my second favorite baseball team is there,and they never get rained out due to this really cool contraption that raises a roof over their heads when they need it,and opens up when they don't. anyway...
and i've been lucky,because it hasn't rained as much in new york,so i've been able to watch the yankees,my number one favorite team,all week. i get home,turn on the tv,and alex rodriguez will have just hit a homer. or a double. or something. cool. strange how he keeps making these silly errors at third base,though. but forget it...accentuate the positive,yes?
for some reason,i just haven't gotten that interested in the homeboys,the red sox. i hate to think it's something as superficial as the fact that i like men with short hair. ha!
but really,i just like a lot of the yankees. it's fun to watch robinson cano,the rookie second baseman at bat...he's got a sweet swing. and his defense at second base is just lovely to watch.
i like to watch the mariners mostly because i love watching ichiro suzuki climbing walls and making amazing plays in the outfield.
but i'll stop now. back to the game...
