- character driven movies:
i think this somewhat explains itself,but i especially like those that are set in a small community of quirky characters. i grew up in a small town of quirky characters,and even when i later moved to my state's biggest city,there was the community of the neighborhood and the community of my workplace,etc.
some of my favorites are 'mystery,alaska','big eden',and the tv shows 'northern exposure' and 'barney miller'. maybe the interest should be character driven comedy/drama! i'm not a car-chase kind of gal,obviously. - drugless brain-tweaking:
this has to do with the cognitive and 'new thought' and related stuff that i am constantly playing with to change my brain chemistry to a happier state.i'm currently reading a fascinating book about 'destructive emotions' but it's also about positive emotions which features the dalai lama and his interest in the scientific explanations for the happy brain states that he and others have achieved. - good news:

the biggest thing i love about india is COLOR! the culture is saturated. i also like hinduism-the branch that states that all religions are valid, and the colorful hindu deities and saints. - ludic revolution:

i'm not exactly a rule-follower unless it makes sense to ME (like everyone driving on the right side of the road...at least in the usa.) - pronoia:
the sneaking suspicion that life is trying to shower blessings on you. i don't totally believe it yet,but once i do,watch out! i sometimes appear to be a pessimist,but that's just when my optimistic true self is feeling disappointed. - scholars:
