brows

and now for a very special episode of dyslexia:

i read:
'sam looked at it and plucked his brows'.

well, that puts a really hilarious picture in my mind!
i'm reading the last few chapters in 'the fellowship of the ring' even though from the front i'm only on page 7 i think! but i wanted to know why frodo went off alone...

i think the reason i am able to read this at all (and for a while i could hardly put it down, the exact opposite of most of my recent reading attempts) is because i don't have to try to comprehend it...between seeing the movie and having read it once before,i can just enjoy it. comprehension sometimes is a challenge to me. believe it or not,i've always been a good reader and read a lot. my test scores were good but the lowest scores were indeed in the area of comprehension.

sometimes i have a hard time understanding and often i am or at least feel misunderstood!

'sam looked at it and puckered his brows.'
