wild party time
heh.heh.heh.
i've gotten rid of my mother.
well,for an hour anyway.
my baby (27) sister sara called mom and told her she'd take her out to supper (bless her...she often does this once or twice a week) tonight. so mom says,in her own fashion, 'do you want to go with us?' and i say,'oh,no,thanks' and inside i'm grinning because i will be all alone at home for a little while,which i love. it's softly raining outside but not too cold for an open window,so that's even nicer.
sara shows up,we talk nonstop for about fifteen minutes while mom patiently waits,starving,to be taken out to dinner. i told her about my new creative project,for which i got supplies,and she laughs and says she's been doing something similar herself lately. she's very artistic as well as a good writer. then sara says 'do you want to go out with us?' and i say 'oh,no thanks,i'm going to stay home and do laundry'. she laughs knowingly.
actually,i told mom i was going to have a very quick wild party while she was gone,but it will all be cleaned up before she gets home. which reminds me,it's time to crank up the music and get out the champagne.
