i'm on vacation! i'm going to the movies!
yeehaw,i'm now officially on vacation!
i finished watching 'l.a. confidential' and i thought it was great. it's not my typical favorite kind of movie,but i think the acting won me over. of course,i rented it because russell crowe is in it and he was great,but the guy with the glasses (in this movie anyway) guy pearce was really something. now i'm going to definitely run out and rent 'memento' tomorrow.
yeah,i've got to get a life,but i'm planning on it when i'm graced with some better luck,and i hope that's soon.
it's kind of strange that i'm so excited about my vacation,considering the only place i'm going is probably to the movies! i've got things i need to do,and i also want to get my mom out of the house to do something. i asked if she'd be interested in going to the movies,my treat of course. she said maybe. but i looked up the movies that are playing around here and the only thing that appeals to me is star wars,and i don't think that would interest mom. i mean,does she want to go with me as i drool over ewan mcgregor? of course i want to see yoda kick ass too,and i love the jedi stuff. i had wished there was more of it in phantom menace,and someone told me i'd love this one then.
hopefully i won't end up at the doctor's. didn't feel too terrible today but i felt really lousy yesterday. and i find i'm not able to eat much. just can't tolerate much quantity of food,which is a drag since eating is one of my favorite hobbies. there was a delicious chocolate cake at work to eat and i didn't touch it. i haven't had chocolate in ten days,not that i'm counting. heh heh.
well,i'm going to go watch 'l.a.confidential' again.

i really liked the music too...it's mid-fifties,just before i arrived on the planet.i bought myself the soundtrack as an early birthday present. in 8 days i'm going to be 44! i hope this year will be better than my last. it's been the worst year of my life! i hope i can look back and say,well,at least i learned to endure...
