i didnt do it on purpose,honest.
i'm working on making a road tape to play in my car when i go back to work next week. i started out with 'no matter what' by badfinger which is a really happy song. and so i wanted to continue on that theme and realized that most of my music is about misery,more or less. melodic misery,but misery all the same. i dont listen to what would be considered goth but a lot of rock and roll is like that,i guess. or at least my collection.ha.
anyway,i recorded one of my fave beatles tunes, 'ticket to ride' and then picked up my bangles cd and was trying to decide what to put on the tape next. and my eyes landed on 'going down to liverpool'. i had to do it.
