Jun. 6th, 2003 11:42 ami am going to SCREAM! it shouldn't be a big deal,but i don't have much tolerance for frustration and i'm now locked out of my yahoo mail for 12 hours or possibly forever because yahoo won't take my password. i can't remember what alternate email i signed up with and somehow the answer to my secret question is wrong. so for my 'protection' (which i have no need for) i am now locked out of all my email addresses,all the correspondence and links saved,and since i'm also waiting for some info from my sister and dad,i can't get that either,so i'll have to re-email them at another email address.

p.s. whenever i write to yahoo 'customer care' i never get an answer.
postscript 2: i did get an email from them. basically,they said that my info was wrong and they couldnt' send me a new password. that was very helpful.pfffttt.
